If INI directive "y2k_compliance" is set to "On", php_std_date() returns an invalid HTTP date:

Sun, 06-Nov-1994 08:49:37 GMT - which should be:
Sun, 06 Nov 1994 08:49:37 GMT - (RFC 822/1123)

If "y2k_compliance" is set to "Off", php_std_date()
returns a valid RFC850 HTTP date, though(like: Fri, 10-Dec-04 19:38:00 GMT).

It's just a matter of changing 2 hyphens to spaces at http://lxr.php.net/source/php-src/ext/standard/datetime.c#952

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
http://snaps.php.net/.
