# ./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs --with-imap --with-mysql=/usr/local --with-curl --with-gettext --enable-memory-limit --quiet

# /usr/lcoal/bin/make -s
[many warnings]

# apachectl stop 
/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl stop: httpd stopped

# /usr/local/bin/make install 
Installing PHP SAPI module:       apache
[activating module `php4' in /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf]
cp libs/libphp4.so /usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.so
cp: libs/libphp4.so: No such file or directory
apxs:Break: Command failed with rc=1
make: *** [install-sapi] Error 1
Exit 2

# ls -l ./libs
total 14840
-rw-r--r--   1 root     1003     15136388 Sep 27 13:18 libphp4.a

Tried with Apache versions 1.3.29 and 1.3.31.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
