The parameter $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'] contains a trailing slash in PHP 4.3.7 but not in PHP 4.3.7

for example the expression echo $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT']
- returns /var/www/myrootweb/ in PHP 4.3.7
- returns /var/www/myrootweb in PHP 4.3.8
