This has nothing to do with my coding, but I haven't foudn any other area to report it in. I tried to download both PHP 5.0.1 installer and PHP 4 installer. All I got was a "Download Not Found" page. I'm new to PHP and these downloads would be very helpful. Please help in any way you can.

Some mirror sites have problems with the executable files. The problem should be fixed as the mirrors update, until then you can use il.php.net for example, to download the installer:
