Perhaps not a bug, but what the hell am I doing wrong?
NOTE: beta2 working fine in same configuration (dynamic loading into apache 1.3.9)
VERY STRANGE!

file-path=/usr/local/apache/conf --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs

receiving following warnings while compiling this build:

this was caused by the "session.auto_start = 1"  bug

Beta3 prints out a warning, if you enable session.auto_start (this is fixed in the latest CVS). It definitely does not segfault.

This build immediately segfaults with autostart = 1
no warnings at all.
