Description:
------------
A greate idea (long-term goal) for a PHP6 or 7 release.

Summary:
Keep as scripting language (mod_php6) with an optional 'encoder/decoder' or compiler (mod_php6c) (for purchase).

Goals:
0. Increase PHP revenue.
1. Convince the rest of the non-believers that PHP is THE programming language to rule all browser-based programs, and more.
2. Decrease CPU cycles & memory.
3a. It's cooler.
3b. We hate to have a $9/hr person come in behind us and mess up our hard work, or even copy it and claim as their own.
4. Will increase commercial software development using PHP.

(( I love GPL, but without commercial, GPL wouldn't
    mean shit. ))
5. How? I have no clue, but you're the Super-Gods and i know you can do it!

Sincerely,
Travis Tennies

0. PHP is Open Source
4. PHP is not GPL

There are plenty of other commercial products for this available already too.
