The page: http://www.php.net/manual/en/security.registerglobals.php is mentioned in the information window after I build PHP, but does not exist.

It is actually http://www.php.net/manual/en/security.globals.php.

It should be fixed in the PHP source.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
