This isn't a doc problem. its a mirror problem.

I could not reproduce this in other mirror.
If you go to http://fr3.php.net/manual/en/ it gives an error. You should disable this mirror.

Ups, sorry. The contact links are fixed now in CVS, and the mirror is automatically disabled due to the manual alias you mentioned, Nuno. I'll contact the maintainer.
