While running tests on my Windows machine I ran into a problem with run-tests.php.  .phpt files which have spaces in their names/paths cause the tests to fail.  The .out file contains text along the lines of

    Could not open C:\Programs

As you can guess, the .phpt files were in a subdirectory of c:\program files\.

The following patch places quotes around the file names when creating the $cmd:
http://www.analysisandsolutions.com/php/run-tests.spaceinfilename.diff

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
