Description:

In PHP, when you Open a Tag (only tested with XML-Style Tags) and don't close it, the script works fine and produces no Erorr. The Example Will work as Unexpected - the script will run fine.

Reproduce code:

<?php
print "Hello World of PHP";

Expected result:
----------------
<br />
<b>Fatal Error:</b> Unclosed tags in <b>file.php</b> on line <b>2</b>

Actual result:
--------------
Hello World of PHP
