Description:
------------
I run my php on a windows 2003 server machine.
But I'm not able to run exec() system() or shell_exec()
When I try to call a batch file with exec("batch.bat") it just won't load it.
I gave enough permissions to cmd.exe and the batch file itself.

Is there anyone with the sampe problem?
