Description:
------------
Php_oci8.dll is missing from the bundle:

    http://www.php.net/get/php-5.0.0b3-Win32.zip/from/a/mirror

The old php_oracle.dll library exists.

The oci8 extension source code exists in the source bundle:

    http://www.php.net/get/php-5.0.0b3.tar.gz/from/a/mirror

There is nothing in the various php5 announcements, or in
http://www.php.net/ChangeLog-5.php that mentions the extension.

This problem was raised in the php-db mail list:

    http://news.php.net/article.php?group=php.db&article=32200

The last time I pulled PHP5 (on September 3, 2003) php_oci8.dll was in
the pre-built bundle.

Please try using this CVS snapshot:

  http://snaps.php.net/php5-latest.tar.gz

For Windows:

  http://snaps.php.net/win32/php5-win32-latest.zip

Try it about 4 hours from now.

The Windows snapshot http://snaps.php.net/win32/php5-win32-latest.zip is still missing php_oci8.dll
