PHP script which worked perfectly with 4.3.2 configured identically now goes into infinite loop at 99.9% CPU.  There is no strace activity.

GDB Backtrace claims overflow error as follows.

This is with 4.3.2.  Seems it doesn't work there either.  Find the error messages a bit alarming however.
