Description:
------------
When i include --with-pgsql in ./configure i get the following code, it seems is the pear installation, but if i not put --with-pgsql the install finishes ok

Reproduce code:
---------------
Installing PHP CLI binary: /usr/local/bin/
Installing PHP CLI man page: /usr/local/man/man1/
Installing PHP SAPI module: apache
Installing shared extensions: /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/debug-non-zts-20020429/
Installing PEAR environment: /usr/local/lib/php/
[PEAR] Archive_Tar - already installed: 1.1
[PEAR] Console_Getopt - already installed: 1.0
[PEAR] PEAR - already installed: 1.3b3
Wrote PEAR system config file at: /usr/local/etc/pear.conf
You may want to add: /usr/local/lib/php to your php.ini include_path

Fatal error: Nesting level too deep - recursive dependency? in Unknown on line 0
make[1]: *** [install-pear-installer] Error 255
make: *** [install-pear] Error 2

Expected result:

The problem has been fixed, sorry about my mistake ...

I delete the source and install directory, untar and install again and that's all.

Sorry again, that's my fault.
