upgrading only PHP/Win32 from 4.2.3 to 4.3.4 causes "access violation" in Apache 1.3.26/Win32

(php4ts.dll, php4apache.dll and php4isapi.dll upgraded in proper places, of course)

reverting to the old DLL files makes Apache start and work properly.

strange...
