Incorrect evaluate logical expression with "and" (with && all O.K.).

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php
$c = ((1 < 2) and (4 > 3)) and false;
var_dump($c);



Expected result:
----------------
bool(false)

Actual result:
--------------
bool(true)
