Description:
------------
The advertised search auto complete functionality for the PHP.net website does absolutely nothing at all.

I've tested this thing in MSIE6.0 and Mozilla Firebird 0.6 on both Win2K Pro and WinXP Pro.

You can use the search functionality as you always have been able to - by entering in an item, clicking enter, and then selecting from a list of 'close' matches. That works fine.

However, the 'auto complete' functionality advertised on your homepage is simply non-existant.

I tested it here:
php.net/search.php

which is the link from the homepage

It doesn't do anything with me too. I'm using MSIE 6.0 on Win2000, JS is activated. Also, MSIE's auto-completion list appears...

We have significantly updated the code used for the autocompletion. Please test again and see if it works or not. Please provide feedback.
