When I used the configure with the --with-pgsql=/usr/include/pgsql, the configure script always added a extraneous "include/" to the end of my Postgresql Include.

<Cut from Makefile>
INCLUDE = -I$(srcdir) -I.   -I/usr/include/apache -I/usr/include -I/usr/include/pgsql/include -I/usr/include/ucd-snmp
<End>

This would always cause the compile to fail.

Once the extra include directory was removed in the Makefile, the compile worked.
