Description:
------------
This is a very simple to reproduce bug (to me).

What I have is two pages, one is an inline frame in the other. I cannot transfer session variables from one page to the other because I cannot use session_start(); twice or else I get this error:

Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\vod2\gamev2\index.php:8) in c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\vod2\gamev2\left-menu.php on line 2

That means I can't have a session_start in the inline frame and the page that has in the inline frame in it. This is a problem when a user (me) wants to have a menu bar on the side dynamically change when the user logs in with the INLINE frame because the session_variables are not recognized in the parent page because I cannot start a session_start in it or else I get the error reported above.

Reproduce code:
---------------
No code needed, it's just session_start usage

Expected result:
----------------
I would expect no errors to be produced when I try to use session_start in an inline frame AND the parent page

Actual result:
--------------
Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\vod2\gamev2\index.php:8) in c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\vod2\gamev2\left-menu.php on line 2
