I am displaying my XML File in table format on the browser using PHP, but when ever i have an xml file of size more than 35 KB i get the following error

"FATAL:  emalloc():  Unable to allocate 35 bytes "

Expected result:
----------------
It should be able to allocate the memory based on the xml file size

Actual result:
--------------
FATAL:  emalloc():  Unable to allocate 35 bytes

Increase the memory_limit in php.ini. And upgrade to PHP 4.3.3 too.

I doubled the memory_limit in my php.ini and upgraded the version to 4.3.3 still the same error is there anything else that has to be done, please kindly help me.
