Description:
------------
A simple change:

The detection of the scheme uses ':' for the splitting. Better splitting ist '://'.

with best regards

Andreas Lange

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php
$url = '/test::board/test.php?x=1';
$p = parse_url($url);
echo '<pre>';
print_r($p);
echo '</pre>';
?>

Expected result:
----------------
[path] => /test::board/test.php
[query] => x=1

Actual result:
--------------
[scheme] => /test
[path] => :board/test.php
[query] => x=1
