Description:
------------
Example, I have an array with employee names, their empid's, and a few sales stats fields. I need to get totals for each employee on the different sales fields. I currently have to do something like a foreach on the array and add the totals to another variable for each employee. This would be nice:
array_count_all($array['phn_sales'],$array['empid'],12)
//get the total from phn_sales where empid = 12
Something like that.
