I am a korean and I don't speak english very well....
But I really want to know about below error message...:

Warning: Unable to connect to PostgresSQL server: connectDB() failed: Is the postmaster running and accepting TCP/IP(with -i) connections at 'localhost' on
port '5432'? in /home/httpd/html/user_list.html on line 22
Database connect error.                                                        
My Working Station is ....
Linux 5.0 RedHat
PhP 3.0
Postgresql 6.3
apache 1.2.6

Please Help me......

This is not an PHP bug. Look at http://www.php.net/manual/ref.pgsql.php3
for an possible solution. Try to get running your psql monitor first.
