Net_Curl still uses an old format and should be upgraded.
The old bug report about this icontained multiple bugs and was closed, yet this problem still exists.

warning : you are using an archive with an old format
The following errors where found (use force option to install anyway):

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
