The configure line below works perfectly fine on a PentiumII system running RHL 6.0 with RPM installed Apache and MySQL.

No host type is identified when the same configure line is given on a Celeron system and the autoconfigure fails.

./configure \
	--with-apache=/usr/include \
	--with-gd=no \
	--with-gettext=no \
	--with-mysql=/usr \
	--enable-sysvsem=yes \
	--enable-sysvshm=yes \
	--with-config-file-path=/etc/httpd \
	--with-system-regex=yes \
	--enable-track-vars=yes \
	--enable-magic-quotes=yes \
	--with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs

There must be some other differences between the systems. You might send us the output of "uname -a" and "config.guess" of both systems, if you think that it is appropiate.

You have both --with-apxs and --with-apache on that configure line.  That's a no-no.  They are mutually exclusive.  Pick one.
