Description:
------------
In the phpcredits() output, there is a <div class="center"> [not align="center"!] before the tables and a </center> after them. This is basically not correct. The latter close tag should be </div>.

Reproduce code:
---------------
See HTML source of http://www.php.net/credits.php, which greps out the <body> of phpcredits(), and shows the problem (note that php.net runs 4.3.3-dev)

One more bug here (just reopened the bug, not opened a new one, hope it is appropriate):

php_info_print_table_header(1, "Language Design & Concept");

should be

php_info_print_table_header(1, "Language Design &amp; Concept");

instead to be standards compatible...
