Description:
------------
The Hebrew PHP documentation displays Hebrew left-to-right, by paragraphs and by words. This is not a non-overcomable problem, but it is an annoyance to change the encoding to "Hebrew (Windows)" (to get the words right) and right-to-left documents (to get the paragraphs right) each time you hit a link, or even "back".

I saw the previous report on this matter, but the reply to that bug report stated (albeit in a crypted, ambiguous manner) that the problem is already fixed, and it is not.

I think the fix is quite an easy one (no more than two lines in the CSS file or even on the document itself), that's why I re-reported this.

AFAIK, it *is* fixed in CVS, just that the manual has not been re-built.

The one who fixed the bug has done a build on his machine, here: http://moshe.i-com-it.com/phpdoc-he/html and it looks fine...
