Hi,

You installation instruction aren't working:
Example 3-6. Installation Instructions (Apache Shared 
Module Version) for PHP 4 

While I follow the instructions I get:
Syntax error on line 3 of /www/conf/srm.conf:
Cannot load /www/libexec/libphp4.so into server: /www/libexec/libphp4.so: undefined symbol: apr_bucket_type_file

You're installing Apache2 module, so read the correct docs.
