Description:
------------
I tried to add alan_k to the list of maintainers for PHP_Parser as a developer, and it allowed me to select him, told me "Done" and when I clicked back, took me to the original package maintainers page with no ?pid=225 and told me "insufficient privileges"

When I added the ?pid=225 back on, all work was forgotten
