While trying to install your PHP 5 Beta version Precompiled Pack For Windows I've noticed a few bugs such as:

There are some Dlls missing from the package such as php_domxml.dll.
While intializing Apache 1.3.27, if I have some dlls on my extensions list such as php_gettext.dll, apache shutsdown giving me an error related to that particular dll.

I've managed To Start Up PHP5, aparently I was forgetting To change From php4_module to php5_module.
But the dll missing problem still remains, php_domxml.dll is missing form the windows distribution package.

Try reading the release notes sometimes..DOMXML does not exist anymore.
