this unconditional redirect based on your IP is so coool: I can't get to the manual because neither of the two czech mirrors has the print version (with or without user notes), czech or english.

make it available again, please. this is regression is a huge PITA.

Hey, you have a CVS account. You should know that the mirror  sites around the world are supposed to provide the same service. So if php.net redirects you to some problematic mirror, you still have 98 other mirrors to choose from around the globe.

BTW I have disabled the two Czech mirrors and contacted the maintainers. Thanks for the report.
