best person, if I use a HTML file like this :

Include("db.php");
 	
?><html>
<? 
	$temp = mysql_pconnect("DynaSys");
	echo $temp;
?>
<HEADER>
<BODY>
</BODY>
</HEADER>
</HTML>

Then the system returns this message :

Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function mysql_pconnect() in c:\apache\htdocs\sql.html on line 7

I can't get MySQL configured in Apache and Php, Php works with an MS Access Database.

Please can you help me.

You need to enable MySQL support in your php3.ini file.  And, mysql_pconnect() doesn't make any sense
on a Windows platform anyway.  You can't get persistent connections from the CGI version of PHP and
for PHP 3, you are stuck using the CGI version on Windows.
