ok...first off, i have a standard build, nothing special...i'm using the Apache2 filter, and Apache 2.0.45 w/SSL (SSL is disabled 'cause i don't need it...)

i have a directory of MP3s and i have a loop that parses each file in the directory. certain artists, like Mana and Bjork, have Unicode chars in their names...when i look at the HTML output, i see that those chars have been replaced with either question marks or little blocks (null chars?).

i was wondering if anybody else has seen anything like this...thnx!!!
