PHP was compiled, as Apache's module with these parameters:

 --with-system-regex --with-apache=... --with-pgsql
 --with-filepro --with-config-file-path=... --disable-debug
 --enable-debugger --enable-memory-limit

phpInfo() shows in the "Extensions" part only:
 PHP core:
 Apache:
 PHP_DL: Dynamic Library support enabled.
 Sendmail: Path to sendmail: /usr/bin/sendmail
 DBM: This is GDBM version 1.7.3, as of May 19, 1994.
