Hi.
My server has installed httpd2.0.45 with php4.3.1 and Oracle8. I did all neccessary steps to install PHP with these servers according to the recomendations of this site. But when a user open my web-page zombies oracle<defunct> appeare on the server. "--enable-sigchild" parameter did not help. How can be solved this problem.
Thanks.

Please try using this CVS snapshot:

  http://snaps.php.net/php4-STABLE-latest.tar.gz

For Windows:

  http://snaps.php.net/win32/php4-win32-STABLE-latest.zip

Also, update to latest Apache2 (2.0.47 or higher).
If it still happens, give this info:
1. configure line used to configure Apache2
2. configure line used to configure PHP
