When are downloadable PDF versions of the documentation
going to be available?  The docs page has said 
"not available right now due to technical difficulties"
for months and months!

There's a lot to be done, and on top of the ''PDF problem'', all manual generations have ground to a halt (since a few months ago), so that needs to be fixed before PDFs can be implemented...
