This is shown everytime someone access a non existant page. display_errors is off. Is there any way to keep people from seeing my directory structure? Maybe have a formatted error page?

Thank you for taking the time to write to us, but this is not
a bug. Please double-check the documentation available at
http://www.php.net/manual/ and the instructions on how to report
a bug at http://bugs.php.net/how-to-report.php

Either you used ZEND_DEBUG mode or you didn't set your
ini settings according to your needs. Read php.ini-dist
about:
display_startup_errors
error_log
log_errors
error_reporting
