Whenever I launch a PHP script I receive the following error dialog:
Title: php.exe - Application Error
Message: The instruction at ")x100ae6ff" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

I am using IIS 5 and PHP4.3.2RC1 dll installed in \winnt\system32.

I'm experiencing this error as well. I have installed 4.3.1 under Windows 2000 & IIS 5 running as a CGI. EVERY php script that is run results in an error message like the one reported below. It doesn't matter what the script is. Even the simple <?phpinfo();?> results in that error. Running any script from the command line also results in the error. The script is successfully parsed though and results returned to the browser after the error message window is cleared.

The exact error is:

The instruction at "0x00d310c3" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

It seems to occur every time php.exe is called. 

My system configuration is:
AMD Athlon XP 2000+ 512MB RAM Win 2000 SP3
