ucd-snmp is obsolete, please update the documentation to net-snmp and the web server is http://www.net-snmp.org

Anyway, I succeed to compile PHP 4.3.0 w/ latest stable version of net-snmp.

Instead of removing references to ucd-snmp, simply added that both net-snmp and ucd-snmp work under Unix. I personally have used both versions (4.x and 5.x of net-snmp) without problems under various PHP builds.
