I used the PHP 4.3.1 installer to install to Windows 2000 machine/IIS.  Most PHP commands work perfectly, but I can't get imagecreate() to work (or other graphics-related commands)--it gives me a fatal error.  When I uncommented the dll in the ini file, I get an error to the effect that the dll is already registered.  I have tried to register the gd and gd2 dlls from the command line, which it appears to take, but the problem persists.
