Config: pdflib and zlib installed at non-standard paths
./configure --with-pdflib=<non-standard>
without specifying --with-zlib-dir
it bails out with "test: argument expected"

quick and dirty fix: configure:9778i
-if test -z $ZLIB_LIBS; then
+if test -z "$ZLIB_LIBS"; then
