OS : Win2k SP3 (+ all hotfix)
Web Server: Apache 1.3.27

When having one of the following modules enabled in php.ini

php_mhash.dll
php_mcrypt.dll
php_openssl.dll

(probably others too)

the Apache.exe process won't start correctly.
