I just loaded the latest CVS tree (Monday morning about
8 AM Central time US, -0600 Universal)  and built an Apache
module server.  When that server started, PHP3
interpretation stopped and the script code was passed
through transparently.

This is usually due to mod_php3.o not being rebuilt
