The MySQL extension is failing to compile on snaps.php.net for all branchs.

There was an unreated bug in the CGI SAPI that made the snapshot builder mistakenly belive that mysql extension wasn't built-in. The bug has been fixed and those warning should disappear from the snapshot.log
