Seems to be a threadsafe issue in latest cvs + apache builds (apache 1.3.26 + php cvs)

Occurs with debug php build, with any script (e.g. <? echo "moo";?>.
issue ONLY occurs with multiple simultaneous requests( where multiple is as few as 2 simultaneous requests).
