I can not get the variable value in linux7.3.
but it ok in linux6.2 ,all the configure is as same as linux7.3
I configure with many version apache,it's can work fine on linux6.2 ,but it's wrong on linux7.3
configure:
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache (apache directory)
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/php --with-apache=../apache_1.3.26--enable-track-vars (php directory)
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache1 --activate-module=src/modules/php4/libphp4.a(apache directory)

In PHP 4.2.0, the 'register_globals' setting default changed to
'off'. See http://www.php.net/release_4_2_0.php for more info.
