When submitting multiple (input-)fields as an array within a form , PHP 4.2.3 drops text-parts of the submitted values within these fields. 

Example:
<?
print implode($_POST['hello'],",");
<form method = "post">
<input type="text" name="hello[]" />
<input type="text" name="hello[]" />
<input type="submit" value="submit" />
</form>
?>

When you put "hello world" in the first box and
"nice weather today" in the second one, only the
following text is returned by the implode-command:
"o world,eather today". 

Replacing implode with foreach does not solve the 
problem.

Apache 1.3.26 is being used as webserver.
Zend Optimizer is also installed on the system,
which is a SuSE Linux 7.3 box.
