When using functions ldap_8859_to_t61 and ldap_t61_to_8859 in version 4.2.2 appear to me the error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ldap_8859_to_t61()

I believe that the error takes place because the function not this in the DLL distributed in version 4.2.2

As I can solve it?

Thanks

Did you enable php_ldap.dll in your php.ini? And restarted your webserver afterwards?

Those functions were available when some old openldap version were used to compile the extension. Not a bug.
