My HTML Form POST or GET does not trnafer the values input by the client. I tried to get any input, it does not transfer. I understood that this problem was set right in the latest 4.2.2 version. I use IIS 5 with PHP CGI(installer) version. Any guidance on overcoming this problem?

In PHP 4.2.0, the 'register_globals' setting default changed to
'off'. See http://www.php.net/release_4_2_0.php for more info.
We are sorry about the inconvenience, but this change was a necessary
part of our efforts to make PHP scripting more secure and portable.
