I have discover that the .chm documentation that download from www.php.net/docs.php are missing some chapters, which toc is difference to online one. Is this is a normal case or chm file problem (I had a older version of this document and got full of TOC).

I know that has a Index list in toc, but not like previous document which group by function type that convience for function / command searching.

New one

Function Index
A
abs()
acos()
acosh()
addcslashes()
addslashes()
apache_child_terminate()
apache_lookup_uri()
....

And old one is:

IV. Function Reference
Table of Contents
I. Apache-specific Functions
II. Array Functions
III. Aspell functions [deprecated]
IV. BCMath Arbitrary Precision Mathematics Functions
V. Bzip2 Compression Functions
VI. Calendar functions
VII. CCVS API Functions
VIII. COM support functions for Windows.......

Also the TOC has difference, wrong indexing and wrong chapter index.

I think there is missing any stuff in the new manual. Please kindly check it. Thanks.
